Webinar - Understanding VITAL® 3.0 in 3 Case Studies

An expert conversation with Ben Remington (Remington Consulting Group) and Rachel Scott (Romer Labs)

What does VITAL® 3.0 look like in real-life?

With its emphasis on risk assessment and action levels based on carefully determined reference doses, VITAL® can help producers comply with regulations for allergen management and labeling. Now, the Allergen Bureau is unveiling the latest version of the program, VITAL® 3.0.

In this webinar, food allergen experts Ben Remington (Remington Consulting Group) and Rachel Scott (Romer Labs) discuss some of the issues that this new version of VITAL® raises. Three case studies (milk in cookie, mustard in spice mixture, composite meal) represent progressive levels of difficulty in determining the degree of risk and the necessity for precautionary labeling.

2020 AIP Australasian Packaging Conference | Virtual Edition

The Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) is very excited to announce that the 2020 AIP Australasian Packaging Conference will be moving to a Virtual Edition on the 27th to the 30th of October.

The AIP has transferred the previous program over to the Virtual Edition and has also added some additional speakers . The new program now offers 74 speakers from 7 countries across 4 days with 28 hours of content..

The beauty of the Virtual Edition is that if you are unable to attend all of the sessions you will not miss out.

The conference has been designed so that you can choose to:

  • Join live via Zoom software and interact -  watch and interact with the sessions while they are happening.
  • Watch the "live stream" - watch a live video of the session.
  • Watch a "recording" of the session at a later time - as added value, if you are unable to join any of the sessions live you can access the recordings of all sessions using your conference website delegate login details until the end of December 2020. This will allow you flexibility to view the presentations as many times as you wish, and in your own time..

There will also be live interactive opportunities during the morning tea and lunch breaks to learn about new innovations, materials and equipment that the industry has to offer. These sessions will be designed for you to bring your coffee, or lunch, into the live room and learn about a new innovation and ask questions.

We have re-create the physical conference planned for April into a Virtual Edition so that you do not miss out on hearing all of the wonderful speakers that we had lined up for you.
