WA Branch - Food Additives: Understanding their role and impact
Join us for a session that discusses both the research and real-world considerations for individuals and food manufacturing companies. We are very lucky to have secured Angeliki Vlachou from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. She will be giving an overview of the FAO/WHO Joint Expert Committee of Food Additives, its role in risk assessment and how its evaluation outcomes are used in risk management decisions.
This is a great opportunity for food technologists, manufacturers, nutrition professionals, and curious individuals to be ahead of the curve, gaining insights from multiple perspectives.
There will be plenty of opportunity for networking, with food and refreshments provided.
