Sharon Natoli Webinar: Communication Insights for Connecting with Consumers in 2021

Date: Wednesday February 24th

Time: 1:00pm - 2pm (AEDT)

CPD Points: 1

OVERVIEW:

Consumer culture has shifted from an expectation that businesses will operate from a command-and-control framework, to one where connection and collaboration is highly valued.  This puts effective communication at the centre of everything we do. The words we use, the tone we adopt and the way we deliver our messages are critical ingredients for developing meaningful relationships, generating brand loyalty and ultimately, increasing product sales. However, in a world of content overload, the battle for attention means traditional ways of communicating are no longer enough to cut through the clutter. To assist in identifying the gaps and directing your focus for the year ahead, in this webinar Sharon Natoli will share communication insights for connecting meaningfully with consumers in 2021.

Learn:

  • Key elements of a communication strategy to attract consumer attention
  • How to communicate to develop loyalty in a crowded and noisy market
  • Why how you and your brand speaks is as important as what you and your brand says
  • Creating content that resonates with today’s more conscious consumer
  • Considerations when selecting an effective brand spokesperson

As a result of attending this webinar, you will have new insights and strategies, and the inspiration to apply them to your 2021 communication strategy.
